For offices where someone retypes the same details every week
Document and data entry automation, checked by a person
Invoices, forms, emails or photos go in; the details land in your system, and anything unclear waits for a person.

What you get
- Invoices, forms, emails or photos read by AI
- The details filled into your spreadsheet or system
- Anything unclear flagged, never guessed
- A person approves before it’s final
- A log of what was read and entered
It asks instead of guessing. That rule comes from my own listing pipeline.

Corridor Listing Pipeline
I take the card photos and drop them in a folder. Code and AI turn them into checked, priced eBay drafts, then stop. I review and publish every listing.

Corridor Cards
My trading-card business in Coralville, Iowa. I run card vending machines, an eBay store and a web shop, selling sealed product and singles to sports and Pokémon collectors.

Questions people ask
How accurate is AI data entry?
Good on clean documents, worse on messy ones, which is why unclear items are flagged for a person and never guessed.
What kinds of documents can it read?
Invoices, receipts, intake forms, emails, PDFs and photos. My own pipeline reads photos of trading cards.
Does it work with QuickBooks or my spreadsheet?
Usually. A spreadsheet always works. For other systems I check what they let in before quoting.
What if it gets something wrong?
Nothing is final until a person approves it, and every entry keeps a link back to the document it came from.
Do I have to change how we work?
No. Documents arrive the way they do now. The typing is the part that goes away.
