How it works

  1. Check

What you send today, and who’s on the list.

  2. Set up

Platform, signup form, welcome series, sending.

  3. First send

We send the first newsletter together.

  4. Keep going

Monthly drafts from your notes, or templates.

Questions people ask

Which email platform should I use?

Shopify Email if you sell on Shopify; Mailchimp or Kit for most others. Set up in your account, not mine.

Can you use the list I already have?

Yes, if those people gave you their address. I clean it first: duplicates, dead addresses and anyone who unsubscribed.

How often should I send a newsletter?

Once or twice a month suits most small businesses. A rhythm you can keep matters more than how often.

Will AI write my emails?

It drafts from your notes. I edit, you approve, and nothing sends without your yes.

Why does DMARC matter?

It tells inboxes what to do with mail that fails the sender checks, which stops others sending as you and helps your newsletters land.
